DIRECTOR: Carlee Kennedy

This is Mrs. Kennedy’s 12th year to teach competitive dance and 6th year to teach dance in the public school system. She graduated from Humble High School in 2007, where she was a military officer on the Humble Wildcatdets. After high school, she went on the attend Texas A&M University (whoop!), where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Linguistics. While in college, Mrs. Kennedy taught competition dance at Expressions Dance and Music, was a member Dance Arts Society, Kappa Kappa Gamma and Fish Camp. After graduating, she became a Speech Therapist Assistant at Pine Forest Elementary and continued to teach dance at Atascocita Dance Academy. In 2016 she started an integrated dance program that has now turned into a team, The Stars and Stripes, at Atascocita High School. In 2017 Mrs. Kennedy earned the title of Atascocita High School’s Teacher of the Year as well as Humble ISD’s Teacher of the year! 

Mrs. Kennedy has been married to her husband, Mr. Tyler Kennedy, for 5 years. They currently live in Atascocita with their favorite “Pawtriette”, Mrs. Jackie O. Kennedy. They are also excited to announce that they expecting their first child, Conner Mack Kennedy, in October.
 

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: Sarah Bradley

Ms. Bradley graduated from Atascocita High School in 2013. During her high school career, she was part of a pre-professional ballet company, Kingwood Dance Theatre. Performances include: The Nutcracker, Alice in Wonderland the Ballet, Snow White the Ballet, Cinderella the Ballet, numerous performances at the Hobby Center in downtown Houston, and danced on tour in Italy, Germany, and Austria over the summer of 2012. Ms. Bradley went on to study at Texas State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication – Journalism. It was during college that Ms. Bradley was introduced to drill team by becoming a Texas State Strutter. She now continues her love of dance and drill team with the Patriettes while also working as a para-educator for Applied Skills in the SPED department of Atascocita High School.
